I made beef stew with steamed dumplings ontop. Then had lime jello w/bananas for dessert. :) The only time I get jello w/bananas is at the family reunion. Most always SOMEBODY brings it. I found a box of lime jello in the cupboard from I don't know when and had some bananas getting ripe, so there it was.

I chose to build my own: pork burger with havarati cheese, slice of hickory bacon, arugula, ginger lime aioli, on a wheat rosette with a side of fried sweet potatoes with fried okra thrown in.

Salmon Patties........./we had grilled Salmon a couple of nights ago and I always cook enough that we can have Salmon Patties.

We had meatloaf, baked potatoes, sweet corn, salad and wine.
