It was a gorgeous day! Comfortable, warm temperatures and constant sunshine.

Made biscuits for breakfast, 2 loaves of bread, did 2 loads of wash and hung them on the line. Made some bread crumbs. Also made 2 batches of laundry detergent; my usual liquid and I made a 1/2 batch, using powder. I read that powdered detergent is good for cleaning the washing machine. I like powder for my whites anyway, and hot water. It's rare to even find powdered detergent in the stores now. They are all liquid.

Had spaghetti with tomato sauce for dinner, and fresh bread with it. Rarely do we eat bread with a meal, but the bread was beckoning. Sweetie was eating the pasta and he said to me, "Tomatoes are the perfect food. You can do so much with them. I thought that was funny".
