Color Accent White-Black Kitchen Help

We are remodelling our kitchen in a traditional, 1920's style (when white was considered "sanitary"). Cabinets are Ikea Adel white, granite is Impala black, floor is red oak, frig and DW are white, stove is a black Bluestar. Backsplash is white subway tile with a decorative black/gray/white acccent strip. Handles/pulls probably black hexagonal knobs and bridges, but this is up to debate. Question I could use help on: how to bring some color in. What we have left to color are the walls, towels, jar for holding cooking implements, etc.

DH likes cobalt blue. I could imagine a soft green for the walls and do towels/accents in blue. Or one could do light yellow on the walls, blue accents. Or we could just pick one color (green, yellow, red?) to do it all. Kitchen extends into a small sunroom so wall color will likely extend there as well.

Thanks for your help!
