Buying FSBO, but working with a real esate agent

Hi everyone,

We have our home listed for sale with a real estate agent. She is doing a great job so far marketing our house, we're getting a lot of activity so far, etc. In addition to helping us sell our house, she is also showing us houses that we may be interested in buying. Among the houses we've seen and liked, our favorite has now gone "For Sale By Owner". If we chose to pursue this house now, would we have our real estate agent set up an appointment for us (as we would if we were looking at any other home), or since it's FSBO do we do this entirely on our own now? It would feel funny, like we're going behind her back, if we just called the number, toured the house on our own, made an offer, etc.

What is the standard procedure here? And as far as her commision goes, if we end up buying this FSBO house, is she still entitled to a commission? I'd feel badly if after all these houses she has shown us, she doesn't end up getting any commission.

Thanks!
