attractive recycling bin?

Our waste management company has gone to a multi-bin recycling system which is really not very feasible for our small house - the one bin was barely tolerable in our little mudroom, but three? No way. (No critterproof and unobtrusive outside storage for filled bins; putting them in full view on the side of the porch by the main entrance we use is skeevy IMO. I really got spoiled on having a larger utility room and proper garage @ the other house!)

Has anyone used this kind of recycling-bin rack/tower, and how well did it function? Did it hold enough to get you through the week? Our recycling content is heavily biased toward cans that don't go through those can crushers - dog food, soup, beans, etc.

I only have a 23Wx16D footprint to work with in order to preserve the traffic lane (the mudroom design is really, really stupid and it doesn't help that we have to have this monster dog crate in there) so this type is really a tad too big at 24x18:

This one is 20Wx15.5D but it doesn't seem like it would hold very much before things started falling out the front?

Help?
