I have two computers with printers, SassyO. One has the poster function (Epson Stylus CX3200), but the other one doesn't (also an Epson, but an older model). On the CX3200, I can make the poster in 4 pages, 9 pages, etc. Then I have to glue the images together to get the poster. Look through your printer page choices very closely. It may be there. If not, save your file, find a friend who has the poster function on their printer, and ask to print it there. Or if you really want that poster, take the file to a commercial printer. They can do it for you, all in one piece, but for $$.

Change your Resolution to 800x600 I can only give for Windows XP Right click your empty screen on your desktop - left click properties - click settings - move slider bar to less - this gives you 800 x 600 - you have 15 seconds to click OK - click Apply - close. This setting is changed back the same way.

Ellie, It is a shop that prints (makes) invitations, business cards, and prints out stuff like church bulletins etc. Look in the yellow pages of your phone book. Mine was listed under printers and advertised -Business forms, Stationary, Wedding, High Speed Copying, & much more. It is privately owned. Your local newspaper may even print it out for you. Our town shop enlarged a photo for me poster size and it did come out pretty darn good. Better than I thought would.

I'm not sure I get what you mean by "copy from a machine". You mean - print a page that you're looking at on your computer ? It depends on which program you're printing from. In a program like MS Word, you can set the font size for the whole page or just part(s) of the page. In a browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox, there are settings for font size that are global and affect every page and thus how large the words will print out. For many programs like browsers or say, Adobe Reader, you can also set in "Print Setup" the scale or zoom factor to 100%, or 90%, or 80% or the like, which will affect the size that pages print out. And some of them will keep the last setting. So if you change the scale to 150%, and a week later decide to print again from that program, it will again print at 150%. If I'm not sure how things might turn out, I often use Print Preview, usually (in Windows) in the the "File" drop down menu to see how a page is going to print out. Also many printers have a "Show before printing" setting which gives you one last chance to see what's going to happen.
