~Could You Spend Six Days on a Cruiseliner?

LorifromUtah

Hubby and I want to go to Alaska.

I want to go this September but I would have to go alone 'cause hubby doesn't have enough days off to cover a cruise. So I guess we'll have to wait until September 2009

We did some online shopping last night.

The package Hubby likes (and I like, to a point) is a six day shipboard/five day land trip. The cruise ship looks wonderful (Princess Lines) but I'm a little nervous. Is it really possible to spend that much time on a ship? I read all that that cruise line offers and it sounds wonderful (and the scenery, I'm sure, will be terrific!) but, if one doesn't drink much, is there enough to do? Besides eat, of course.

Tell me your cruise experiences, please?

The last big trip we went on was six or seven years ago to Disney World. The kids were little so we hit all the places they loved. We spent a week and were more than ready to come home.

Three days in Las Vegas is PLENTY for me.

More than that I get tired of the crowds, the noise and the hub bub.

Is a cruise for me?

Tell me what you know!
