When I think of it, I love reading the Pioneer Woman's blog. Her writing just cracks me up. I wonder what she sounds like on the cooking show. I tried watching some of her videos but they weren't available. Probably not allowed to watch in Canada, who knows.
I made her Salisbury Steak recipe, and it was good. The patties fell apart somewhat, but I blame that on my cast iron skillet. So we had those with lots of fried onions, and I fried mushrooms for myself in my little orange cast skillet.
Mashed potatoes and boiled brussels sprouts. It was all good!
