Two of my cats do, Ang, Moose moreso than Poppy and Bob doesn't pay any attention to it. They also have their own video called Catnip Video.

No, I can't seem to get them interested :) The only things that get their attention is when there is a door knocking or door bell ringing on the tv, and then those silly dogs go nuts!!

We had a Golden Retriever that loved to watch Saturday morning cartoons. If he got hyper and started to bounce around, we'd turn on the TV and he'd sit there for an hour, watching.
Our collie/St. Bernard mix liked to watch nature shows. There was one show on the "Wild Dogs of Africa" that we had to turn off because he was getting too upset with the wild puppies' whining.
Our present calico cat doesn't care for TV, but she does like to hear the Willie Nelson CD we play (but she was born and reared in Texas.)

My Boxer totally ignores the tv, even when there's a barking dog! I can't figure that out. :)

My dog usually doesn't pay attention. Sometimes if there are dogs on, he will look, but doesn't get too worked up about it. Seeing one walking down the street is a whole other story, LOL.

Mine doesn't watch very often and when he does it's just a minute or two. The cat really likes when the wheel on the Wheel of Fortune spins though... something about the sound. He always looks at the TV when he hears it.

Dudley the Cat watched a lot of the Westminster Dog Show. I don't know why he was so captivated by it.....he rarely watches anything else.

oh yes..we laugh at her sometimes,she is so "involved" with what's on. She'll sit straight up, and watch the entire show.
I wonder if it's the big screen? Because golf really drives her crazy.

Just once in awhile Izzi will watch a little of a show, she was really into watching the little piggle video on the KT the other day. It took forever for it to load in though on my dial up. That is why I don't go to most videos.

Our one cat loves watching golf, and the Westminster dog show too! Too funny!

Our first and third Westies watched TV. We always have our TV set down low; don't like craning our necks. Charlie and Pip would attack the set if they saw one of three things: another dog (even silent ones), a horse (really big dog?), or a man with a beard (who knows about that one).

At one time we had a TV on a buffet in the dining area and another set down lower in the Family Room, which was directly behind the first TV. Each dog would run at the DR TV, then run around to the other TV to see if they could 'catch' the varmint on the lower set.

Our current Westie, Eliot, reacts to noises from the TV, like doorbells or dogs barking. We have a neighbor who drives a pony cart along our street. Eliot goes wild when he hears Fiona's hooves. He now reacts to the sound of horses' hooves when he hears them on TV; he goes to the front windows to 'find Fiona'.

Our one female Westie didn't care about TV or much of anything other than food!

Caesar watches youtube pekingese, I put it on and hold him on my lap, he loves to hear the people talking to their dogs.
Also he doesn't watch TV but if hears a doorbell or knocking he thinks it's real and runs barking to the front door.

Our DD (Dear Dog) does watch TV & one little hmmph from a dog on TV has her running through the house to see the TV.
She relaxes on the floor in front of the TV & watches whatever we do.

My dog Molly looks at TV but gets bored. If she hears a dog barking onn TV, she barks right back. Funny thing happened-right after dinner I "cut the cheese" loudly and she barked at me!

Mia is obsessed with the TV. She comes running to the TV even before a dog appears on the screen. We've practically had to stop watching dog shows. Brody could care less, he doesn't even seem to know it is on.

CoCo won't watch at all. I try to get her to watch TV and also look at herself in a mirror. She just won't do it. It's almost as if it bothers her eyes or something. But, she sure does hear dogs barking on TV. She'll growl for days, after hearing them.

The dogs we have now usually don't pay much attention, but when we had Bear, anytime a horse was on he would get right in front of the tv or sit up on the end of the couch nearest the tv to watch the horse.

I have to keep the sound on my computer turned down though because when someone signs and their sign on noise sounds like a cat or a dog, my three go crazy.

My Chihuahua does. She sits on my lap and just waits for a pet commercial or any animal,,,even cartoon ones,then she lunges at the tv and rears up on her hind legs and gives em heck!!! I quit watching Animal Planet.She goes nuts!! LOL!

Caroline, that sounds like my CoCo the Chihauhau with real dogs - unfortunately. She really likes the HUGE dogs. Most of the time they just look at her like she's a flea. I'm really afraid one day, one of them will give her a run for her money. But, she won't watch the TV and is difiant about it.

We have 2 Shelties and the smaller one gets very involved with the TV. She loves Dancing with the Stars, but really any show where there's a commotion, loud music, or another animal gets her attention. Our TV is in a large entertainment center with cabinet doors below. She is convinced that what she sees on TV is behind those doors. Our other Sheltie doesn't have a clue about what is going on. Whenever his sister jumps or barks at the TV, he runs to the window and starts barking.

Jake doesn't care about TV but Peggy Sue, my kitty, is fascinated by it. Sometimes she gets on top of the TV and hangs down to watch it or try to catch something with her paw.

I remember late one night I was sitting on the couch watching Friday the Thirteenth. I was scared to move. My cat Sparky came and sat by me and watched tv. Her eyes got HUGE during the gory parts.

Jannie - Conway sleeps curled up in my belly. One night I had a little, um, *fluff*. He got up, marched down to the end of the couch and back up my backside and stood there in guard dog stance barking at my butt! LOL

Most of the time Elvira just ignores the TV and snores away next to me on the sofa. Once in awhile some TV noise will wake her, wolf howling or siren or cat meowing. Then she wakes up and gets this puzzled look on her face. She looks at the front door wondering if it is outside. If I don't do anything she goes back to sleep. She barks at doorbells and goes running to the front door even if they are on TV. DH will back up the video and play it again just to jerk her chain.

No dogs in my life these days, but my cat was annoyed by the barking in Marley and Me, so I lowered the sound and used captioning for her sake. :)

We had a dog who jumped at the screen when some old 35mm slides were being shown, the ones with cats in them.
Also we were once playing the Beatles White Album and in the middle of Blackbird, there are birds chirping and guitar playing. That dog chased around the room looking for those birds! Never found them!
