HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paint colors help needed!

I have been totally Agonizing for months what colors to paint my kitchen, kit ceiling (which will also be what I have to paint the fam room ceiling as it is pretty much open), kit cabinets, opposite kit wall -which leads into the family room and my foyer/hallway -which leads into the kitchen. I have 0 aptitude for decorating/choosing colors and it is driving me absolutely crazy! I want to use Benjamin Moore colors. If anyone has any BM Specific colors that could work, please let me know! The kitchen floor is a beigey ceramic tile. The countertop is beigey/white. I would like to use a sage type color, but I already am in the office, the laundry room and d/s bathroom -so am at a loss! Also, should the cabinets be painted glossy? I am so grateful for any help! Thanks!

If you paint the kitchen cabs, they should be a semi-gloss.

How about doing the bottom cabinets a darker beige and the tops a creamy white. I'm planning to do mine in the fall. Don't forget the importance of prepping. You must clean and lightly sand the cabinets and then clean again and use a good quality primer, then two coats of semi gloss. These are the directions I got from a pro.

Pick out colors or whites like you want. Paint on poster board, or buy the peel and stick color patches and put on poster board. Leave a white border all the way around the poster board, so it doesnt clash with the color you have now. Since you want the whole house the same color, then pick a color that goes in your kitchen with your cabinets etc first. Then try it in the rest of the house. The color in there now, does not go with your cabinets. It has way too much yellow in it. I would look for colors that have no yellow hues.

I don't, but if you click on the link that says "More Info" below the photo, you'll see which pro posted it on Houzz. You could then message them to ask whether they still have the color/brand on file. I would bet money that the Benjamin Moore store could find you a sage green in their Historic Color palette that is very similar.

Before you begin to select paint colors, I would replace the pendants over the island and the fixture over the table. The scale is all wrong for your room and the new fixtures will change the quality of light in the room at night. All the black and dark flooring is really eating up light in these spaces.

I have sage greens in my house also. They go real well with Golds. We are still painting so please excuse mess. These are all BM colors.
Hallway Flowering Herbs and Guesthouse

Here is a picture of a spare bedroom in Twilight Gold (very nice color)
Please excuse mess this has been the ketch all room during painting. I plan to make it a guest room or sitting room but for now we just painted it.

LR and DR Guesthouse

Kitchen and Hallway Flowering Herbs Baby turtle starts over Powder Room and extends to adjoining Family Room

Powder Room will be Wilmington Tan which is a great color too but that room is not painted yet.

Adjoining Family room Baby Turtle and all ceilings Barely Beige. Woodash is one shade lighter than BB it is very nice too. Hope that helps
