Partially frozen ribeye roast

Okay, so we've decided to stay at home this New Year's Eve. I've taken a rib eye roast out of the deep freeze, but am sure it won't be thawed that much by tomorrow's cook time.

Anyone successfully do a roast like this? What special thing did you do to make it turn out well?
