Impossible to say only one thing--my standards are much higher than that.

A FEW of the things I would never tolerate (in no particular order) are: violence, smoking, fiscal irresponsibility, cheating

Fortunately, I found a guy whose morals are on par with mine.

After all, if you respect a person, chances are you're not going to mistrust or lie either.

My last relationship ended for all these reasons.

Lies here also and not just cheating lies, just ordinary stuff to make themselves feel important. Been there done that with my first husband. It destroys love and respect.

shld have put a j/k after my answer because unfortunately some men think it's ok to be married and act like they don't. It's never happened to me, thank goodness, but a lot of women tolerate it nowadays.

family interference

Child abuse, both verbal or physical.

1) any abuse, physical, emotional or verbal
2) any lies on any topic, period. Zero tolerance
3) adultery
4) moral turpitude

Pretty much everything above, except I've never had any experience with family interference. Right at the top are alcholism (or other similar dependancies) where a spouse has no interest in treatment. Hand in hand with that goes lying and disrespect. I lived with that for 5 years, left and divorced, and would never go back.

Disrespect is the big one. If you have that, you don't have much of a relationship. I've been lucky in that regard.

But, as a child, I had an alcoholic dad, and verbal abuse from my mother, so those are other things I won't tolerate, which all come back to my original mention of DISRESPECT.

In my 43 years of marriage, I have dealt with (not necessarily tolerated) many things. The one thing I don't think I could handle is an addiction to drugs, alcohol, porn or anything like that.

I would not tolerate anybody that chased after short, fat blondes........(snort)

Disrespect covers it all. A respectful man would not abuse in any way, would not lie, would not cheat, would not do drugs or be an alcoholic, would not lie, would not gamble, etc.

Lack of integrity: I would find it almost impossible to relate closely and long-term (short-term, either, for that matter) to someone who could not be trusted.
