To refreeze or not

My aunt sent us a stuffed pork loin, frozen, for Christmas.

I let it thaw in the fridge for a couple of days, warmed half of it for Christmas dinner yesterday. The other half is still in the fridge. Will it be safe to refreeze the half that didn't get warmed up? Does this make any sense?
