Lobster Bisque

I'm planning on serving a Beef Wellington for New Years Eve dinner but the idea of lobster keeps coming to the fore front of my pea brain!

Clive won't do lobster , per se, but he likes it in a soup or baked in sauce. I would love to do Lobster Thermidor but I think that would be too rich with the Wellington. So I was thinking Lobster Bisque, which is also very rich but....

Two things? Any recipes for Lobster Bisque and/or any other ideas on how to bring lobster into the menu?
