Yummy Fruit Salad Dressing Recipe

I normally hate fruit salad. Most dressings are too thick, too heavy, too sweet or too tangy. This year I tried one from "365 American Favorites" by Sarah Reynolds and it's perfect--light, not too sweet, kept the apples from turning brown--so I thought I'd share.

I put it on about 5 cups of cut up fresh fruit.

2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed OJ

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/2 tsp orange zest

1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

(I used closer to 3/4 tsp. orange zest and closer to 1.5 Tbsp. sugar.)
