new year's eve party menu -any suggestions?

We always host a New Year's Eve party -typically from 9 pm to 1 am. Over the years, people have come to expect certain dishes at the party. I am happy to make them, but I usually try to add one or two new dishes --which is why I am posting. We usually have between 50-90 (adults and kids), and I make almost all the main dishes and ask my friends to bring desserts. Here's my menu so far:

Louisiana shrimp (from Cooking for a Crowd by Susan Wyler)

Tortilla wraps (from Invitation to Dinner by Abigail Kirsch)

Basil & tomato cheese wheel (from The Back Porch Restaurant Cookbook by Debbie Wells)

Sour cream & caviar dip (from Cooking for a Crowd)

Artichoke & green olive dip (from Cocktail Parties Straight Up by Lauren Purcell & Anne Purcell Grissinger)

Parmesan walnut salad in endive leaves (epicurious)

Mixed antipasto (epicurious)

Baked clam dip (from A Little Something by Susan Epstein)

honey baked ham w/assorted mustards

smoked salmon platter w/cream cheese, capers & onions

veggie platters

cheese platters

olives

nuts

crackers & bread

chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A (for the kids)

pizza from Domino's (for the kids)

What am I missing? I was thinking maybe I should make chicken skewers with dipping sauces, but I prefer to make recipes that can be made one or two days ahead. Any suggestions? TIA
