GRANDMA!! Tristan Riley Alexander will be here some time in August, 2012...Mama is doing fine and my sons feet havent touched the ground in 4 months...

I can not wait!!

I am trellising the Florida Weave way this year and have experienced the same thing - green slimy goo that's hard to wash off. I have 60 plants so after tending about 30, my hands are gross. I find, though, that each day when I'm a bit frustrated while hand washing, I'm thankful and overjoyed because SO many people in Denver metro lost their 2009 plants to hail. I would bet they would love to have our problem;)) Some of these poor gardeners replanted only to have the hail ruin the new plants too. It seems that my phone MUST ring the instant my hands are all nasty and that's the most irritating.

What a wonderful story! And congratulations on your lovely new furniture. I can hardly wait to see them in your home. Your story reminds me of something similar that happened to me about 15 years ago. I drove past an antique store every day on the way to work, and kept admiring a maple corner hutch in their window. I told my husband about it and said that I wanted to run in and check the price when I had a chance. But a few days later it was sold. I told my husband I was kicking myself for not making it in sooner, because I had really loved it. The next day when I got home from work, it was all set up in the dining room, with my dishes all arranged on the shelves. Turns out he was the one who had bought it! It was such a lovely thoughtful thing to do - it made me cry! What a guy!

They are red...I guess.Actually they are purple LOL! I forget the name of them but they have a tough skin on them.The red and white grapes,I've been making grape salad every week end! Gave some to the neighbor.What possessed me to plant 3 grape vines? I'm over run with grapes!

Congratulations, GRANDMA! Our 6th is due in August and it's as exciting as with the first. When's the due date? Ours is Aug. 21 and the ultrasound on April 12 should let us know who's arriving. "Grandchildren are your reward for not having killed your kids when they were young." Grandkids are the best thing EVER!

Congratulations!!!! and I do love the name..A coworker just had a grandson and they named him Tristan...love love love that name.
You must be walking on clouds. lol There is nothing like your first grandchild.
