ellendi, I enjoy Mahi Mahi! You vacationing in Hawaii?

Crape Myrtle for me, today. Craved their ever so fresh rye bread meat loaf sandwich. T'was great!

I made the recipe in the below link and it was pretty awesome, but then it's kind of hard to go wrong when that much cream is involved. And a not inconsiderable amount of butter as well.

ellendi, first time I ever had Mahi Mahi was in Hawaii, so I just associate the two together. :o)

We grilled some chicken and zucchini on the Weber. Cooked up a batch of red beans and brown rice (plus onions and green peppers), too. Nice and spicy!
