Ann T - a ? about your Maple Cream Fudge
Comments (36)Okay, the maple syrup isn't moldy. Yippee! Monster puppy is being a dream. Have the extra large crate from our beloved GSD, 'Kota, who went to the Rainbow Bridge in June. It was totally cleaned and bought an new pillow for it but Sig isn't interested. This is a 96.4 lb. GS pup that was never allowed to be a puppy - no toys, no treats and rough handling. He has no bad habits, but really stresses out out times. Does love little bits of my cooking, though, if offered. ;) Now on to the yummy Maple Cream Fudge....See MoreCouple questions about chocolate bark

Comments (21)OK, this is Connie K. from Des Moines, Iowa, and appears my info is going through... I typed up the Baker's Chocolate Creamy Fudge recipe over 40 yrs. ago. Makes 36. i forgot to type the evaporated milk, but i think it was 2/3 c. evap. milk (on a notation of mine). Here's what i have: 1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 2/3? c. evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2/3 c. marshmellow topping, 1/2 c. nuts (i use walnuts or pecans), 1/4 c butter, 1/4 tsp. real vanilla (i tend to add more, apx 1 tsp.) Cut ea. choc. square into 4 pieces. Combine sugar, evap. milk in saucepan. Stir over med. heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil 5 minutes over a Low Heat, stirring constantly. in separate container, add remaining ingredients incl. chocolate. Carefully add boiling sugar syrup mixture; stir until choc. melts and mixture is smooth. Pour into a greased 8" pan. Chill; cut into squares. Makes 36 squares. good luck. im 90% sure of amt. of milk. Merry Christmas 12/22/22....See MoreQuestion about Chocolate Flourless Cake
Comments (15)Just less than two weeks ago, I made the flourless chocolate cake from kingarthurflour.com. It freezes exceptionally well. It is the recipe many of the reviewers use for Passover and there is no flour for those who are no gluten. It always gets raves and is like a rich brownie. And it's easy to do and easy clean up. It uses no exotic ingredients. IIRC, eggs, butter, chocolate chips, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. The reviewers love it and I think of it as one of my ten favorite recipes. The recipe calls for an 8inch pie pan but I use a 9 inch with no problem. Very forgiving. Enjoy. Yes it is tried and true. Made it several times....See Moreannie1992
