We have a Bonefish Grill nearby, but never been there.
Enjoy your dinner out.

Willard's for me: smoked chicken wings with ranch dressing.

Sausage and cabbage. There is a farm in a nearby town that sells their own produce and makes their own sausage. Sausage isn't something I would normally get very excited about, but this is the best I have ever eaten. When I go there, I have to have one of their little fried pies. They make about 20 varieties, and I love the coconut. I can make delicious coconut filling, but I wish I could make the pastry like they use. It is paper thin, but holds together and the edges have a nice little crunch to them. It is out of the way to go there, but I buy as much from them as I can....not that they particularly need my business....they are packed every single day....but I like the fact that it is a locally owned business and they grow their own produce. People from all over the area go there, and they have been in business for about 65 years, same family.

Hmmm, that coconut pie sounds good. Never heard of a fried one though. I'll have to look next time I go to the Amish country.

I have been on a rice kick lately. I made another batch of chicken rice soup today. Had a bowl of that, along with a piece of toast with chunky peanut butter and blueberry jelly on it.

Pork chops on the grill, roasted potatoes and some sort of vegetable (roasted brussell sprouts sound good)

My daughter brought over chicken and dumplings. Delish!

We were going to have prime rib but ended up having company from out of town that stayed for a couple of hours.

So we are having leftover marinated pork roast with cherry sauce, rice and salad.

Ham, scalloped potatoes, and carrots. It was good, even if mom was pissed. Her sugar was high cause she ate too many tortilla chips for lunch, then got mad cause what I made for dinner would just make it go higher. Umm, I didn't eat all those carbs, and I didn't make you! Sorry, still pissed off!

Comfort food - homemade chicken noodle soup. My DH used to love my mom's homemade noodles with chicken soup, but alas we just have purchased noodles now. But still good!

Sounds good to me, Tami! She'll get happy again eventually :-)

I am making blackened chicken breast tenders in a garlic Alfredo sauce with black olives and mushrooms and fettuccine, all in the Aroma cooker and smelling good. Have fresh loaf of crusty garlic bread to go with it.

I picked greens, pulled some turnips from the garden and cooked a pot of pinto beans. Made some corn muffins and that was it. Pretty good eatin'! I forgot ....we had homemade applesauce too.

did pork chops baked in mushroom soup and onion soup mix...added mashed and a french green bean...had enough leftover for dh lunch, and will shred the rest weds for burritos...

I made Coq au Vin. We spent much of the day in the yard cleaning up broken branches from last Wednesday's snow storm, so the hearty, flavorful slow simmered chicken thighs really hit the spot.

I had white chicken chili and a spinach salad.
