Graham cracker crust--do I bake it?

I'm making a frozen pie after my mother-in-law's recipe, with substitutions like whipped cream for Cool Whip and home made graham cracker crust...but do I bake it? The pie is just berries, whipped cream, and yogurt, served almost frozen.

The recipes I've found are pretty much the same, and they mostly say to bake if the recipe calls for it. So what if your recipe expects you to buy it?
