Oh my gosh! When my grandma was in college (the 30's) she and 4 girlfriends went as the quints for Halloween. I'll see if I can find the picture. It is super cute!

What do the kids do Lydia? I could google it but Only you know what is fascinating to you about them. I don't know who they are or what they do now.

Toni, they were the first set of living identical quintuplets. Born in Canada to a poor family..the government took over and exploited them. 6000 people a day would walk through the observation gallery at 'Quintland' to watch the Quints play in their small yard. It is really a fasinating and sad story.

I think one or two of them gave died. Anybody know what they are doing today? I would wish them normal lives,husbands, maybe children, no publicity, just a settled homelife.

3 have died, 2 are still living. From what I have read the 2 surviving are living a secluded life pretty much at the poverty level.

I recently saw something...I know it was framed..Magazine pic??...at a little shop in our area. We will have to try to get back to it, and I will let you know what it is...if you are interested.

Wow, that's really nice stuff and thank you so much for sharing it.
I have always found their story fascinating, and the remaining quints do live a pretty poverty stricken life, they applied for government help a few years back and were turned down.
Very interesting reading, I always gobble up books about them when I see them.
