Tips for Serving HOT Thanksgiving Dinner

I make a pretty mean Thanksgiving dinner. Mostly traditional with turkey and (this year) nine different sides. I'll start cooking this weekend and then finish the bulk on Wednesday with the turkey and gravy on Thursday.

My biggest issue is serving all the sides hot. I think my timing is messed up. Maybe not letting the refrigerated sides set out long enough before warming in the oven? Maybe crowding the oven too much so it takes too long?

This shouldn't be a problem because I have a double oven, warming drawer, microwave and crock pot.

So what's your strategy and do you have any tips for me? Thanks!
