I was thinking if it had 3 drawers and feet instead of the standard cabinet doors, it would look more like furniture even if it is built in. I completely forgot that. mydreamhome - it's a renovation, but we're bumping into what was our original attached garage. Unfortunately the plumbing is already installed. But, give that the door hinge is on the opposite side of your hinge, I think you'll never see in the room from the entry - only from the mud room. nini - lovely vanity and I absolutely love the black granite w/white bowl look - but it would end up being the fanciest piece of furniture in our entire house :) Does the black granite show a lot of waterspots?

Jerusalem gold limestone? I had it in my powder room in the other house, actually had the slab first and then picked out the vanity. I loved it and plan to do it in this new house as well.

I am all for wallpaper in a powder room, but, that isn’t your choice. So, pick a color you love and paint the entire space in it…different finishes: Flat for ceiling, eggshell for walls and a gloss for wood work. No matter the color, it will be fab!

Re: the fan: do you have a preference on location (over the toilet?) and brand/size/capacity? I’m guessing I’ll need an overhead (canned) light, in addition to sconces. With the sun tube that ceiling may feel cluttered. Is that as issue? i already bought the sun tube and I like natural light. Should I still use it here (seems like a good idea to me) or move to that hallway or ? @J OBrien thanks for your comments.
