Hi I have a similar situation as you. My windows and patio doors face north, north east. I have high ceilings and windows that go almost all the way to the ceiling and I love the light that comes in. Love that it isn't too hot in the afternoon and that it isn't shining right in my eyes. My cabinets are creamy white. The cabinetry company put the finish on in the factory, however, I took a sample to the paint store and matched my color almost dead on to BM Lancaster Whitewash - it is one of their historic colors. For the trim, I went with Lancaster Whitewash and for the walls I went with 25% of Lancaster WW. I really like the way that it looks and that it is fairly sparse thereby allowing the flooring to contrast nicely and allowing paintings on the wall to come to life in a way that don't on boldly colored walls. Libby, the beadboard was super easy. Dh is handy, but by no means a pro. And it's a project he's never taken on. We just bough a couple sheets, and he cut them to size. Then nailed with a nail gun. Chaulked around the seams, and put a little piece of trim along the bottom. We also used the zinser primer. And BM satin impervo. We painted the boxes ourselves, and had a painter spray the doors. I love the finish done by spraying it. But, I probably would have been ok with brushing it on ourselves. Because you have SS appliances, I think yours will look amazing. I'm not a fan of white appliances and white cabs. But, I did it anyones. Just to kill off that oak :) we used two colors, BM white dove for tops, and BM baby fawn for bottom cabs. They're too ligth on bottom. Didn't do what I was wanting. So, we'll re paint them whenever I realize I can't stand it any more :) I'm a little over the whole thing for now, lol few before and after beadboard

@kel_kat5 How wide is the counter space in each of those three options with the various pantry sizes? How big is your family? I'm considering a 15" pantry which seems quite small in comparison to most I've seen, but I live alone and currently have no pantry at all, so I think any tall cabinet would seem luxe!

The backsplash can be changed so leave that out of the equation. As for the rest find a white you love and use it for the cabinets and the walls then no issues.Or think of another color for the walls I love a really soft grayed green I use ray Wisp BM and often cut it 50% for a wall color that has a bit of color but still really neutral then just do the cabinets and all the trim in Super White.
