The barren side, next to the garage, I think, might best be improved a by: 1) covering the area with some stone and a pathway (be creative with size and texture), and 2) making a raised bed that would leave a 3 foot opening next to the pavement and the edge of the building ( for access) and angle to the property line.

DH airbrushed the silhouettes and I was supposed to do some different something around it but failed. He will probably do some more airbrush work as he gets time. cindy- I agree the side supports should be shorter and narrower. You'd think during one of the 4 times I've painted this room, I could've fixed it. DH was hesitant to shorten them because they are currently in studs and doesn't like relying on just drywall to support anything. I do plan to add a back support to help with the center support. I'd like to add a piece of wood to the front to make it a little beefier looking. The old fridge is awesome. Even better is that it works, has never been serviced and my family is the 2nd owner. I think I figured it out to be '31 model. jenna- the rest of the house is definitely in progress but is finally coming around to my way of thinking. LOL

Most commenters would love a photo. If you don’t want to replace anything, but then you want to spend $750 replacing the countertop and faucet, you have me confused. Why not just paint the walls and trim, replace the shower curtain and put a new mirror in?

Give it personality to capture attention/take away tile’s impact if you want to update, but won’t make a difference in someone wanting to buy home. Remove cabinet above toilet, replace lighting and mirror.
