go for a walk over my lunchbreak

send my mother some flowers. She is 76 and her uncle passed away yesterday. He was the last surviving sibling on her mother or fathers side. (she lost her parents as a young adult)

go to the grocery store
and what ever I come up with later

I am going to attack some closets today and prepare boxes of stuff to donate to our Garden Club yard sale. I have a sore throat and can barely talk thanks to the jerk across the street who was once again burning some kind of toxic junk yesterday when I had all my windows and doors open enjoying the Spring breeze. It sent me rushing for my inhaler and scorched my throat that is how horrible the smoke was. Please Lord keep me from strangling that idiot! I and several neighbors have called pollution control and they said next time they will be knocking on his door with a little gift for him. My next door neighbor has a son that is severely handicapped and is on a ventilator and one of the other neighbors recently had a double lung transplant there are elderly folks here on oxygen and this idiot wants to continuously burn junk. He refuses to pay for trash pick up so I guess he saves it all in the back yard and on nice pretty days he kills all of us by burning it. I called the fire dept last time the fire was so huge I could see the flames over the top of his house I thought the house was on fire.

yesterday i vacuumed the whole house and polished and dusted the living room,the bedroom and dining room.Today i finished polishing the furniture in the dining room & kitchen.Tomorrow i have to do the bathroo,and mop the kitchen.I also have to make up some mac and cheese,to put in freezer. We're picking up DH life long friend friday at the airport,and he'll spend a few days with him.Should be a good reunion for dh as most of hs friends have already passed on,and as they said,we're all getting older.Both of them will be 75 sunday for dh ,and monday for his friend. It will be good to see him again and relive all those memories. Kathi

Today I have made lots of pie dough, using 12 cups of flour and also made a batch of the Better Than Pam once again. I plan to bake something with some of the pie dough later. I also plan on peeling potatoes for my supper. So far the weather is really nice, not quite as sunny as yesterday and if it stays nice I will take Izzi and we will go for a ride on my big rig. Yesterday I discovered a deer stand on my neighbor's property, but very close to ours on a big oak tree. Now I will feel like someone is watching me whether they are in there or not. I am sure I will find other things to do today too. Sue

Ran into a special situation. Friend dealing with relative's estate, recently through difficult lawsuit, needing money, planning homeowner Line of Credit ... I told her of fully-secured Line of Credit using stock, mutual fund certificates (much lower set-up costs, probably none, plus she may be able to use broker account): she was unaware ... I went to bank of her brand to do some checking on her behalf. So - I figure that I've done my good deed for the day ... well, one, anyway: who knows what the coming hours may offer? ole joyful

Give the house a good cleaning, then order my seeds for sowing this spring. And the auto shop called, my car will be fixed today and done by 3pm. I'll be so happy to have my car back!

Today I will go to the gym for my workout. After that, if I have any energy left in the tank, I will do my best to accomplish some cleaning in and around the house. But, I might just spend the rest of the day playing/working on my computer or Ipad.

I will get sweet potatoes out of my garage and clean them and cook them for sweet potato casserole to make for church and I will make some pie dough also for pie to take to church. Will try to get to the laundry also. Cloudy out today and rain is to move in.

I learned to cook more with spices in the last few years. I try to keep them organized but for some reason LOL they get lost in the cabinet and I don't know what I have. Today I organized them again. They will stay that way for awhile anyway. If I had the counter space I would buy a spice rack.

'start' springcleaning the living room, from top to bottom, and including carpet.

Today I will have lunch with my favorite niece who's visiting from Arizona.

And will be looking forward to DH getting home from work, because he'll then be on vacation until April 1.

Today I will shop for groceries and not blow the budget (one can hope).

And I will say a prayer for all the people in the 10+ states who are in for bad weather. Especially those in KY. Please be careful and stay safe--all of you.

I'm done for today! I walked the dogs x3, went to the grocery store and the gas station, worked in the yard, did laundry - that's enough for me - will start again tomorrow!

I am STILL trying to make those appointments that I started yesterday. Hope my "will do" does not hang around until Monday....but it is Friday and calls are not being returned.
