How does the middle of the line on each brand compare? Cost per gallon? It's more useful, arguably more accurate, to price it out price per square foot, not per gallon. Read the label to find out how many square feet the manufacturer says the gallon will cover. Divide the price by the square feet. Coverage and hide are not the same. A gallon may cover "x" number of square feet, but the color selected will determine how well it hides. It's really not fair to make all-encompassing judgments about a specific brand of paint because many things contribute to how well a gallon performs. Every brand has positives and flaws. The color dictates a lot. In other words, the same color in another brand would not hide any better - so it's not the paint, it's the color. Prep of substrate also makes a difference. If prep isn't done correctly, doesn't matter what brand you use, it's not going to end well. Bathrooms are notoriously difficult environments for any brand of paint. The streaking is normal; it's called water whitening. It happens with lighter colors too you just can't see it like you can with darker colors.

@Sheila Rush have you picked flooring, counter tops, cabinets, backsplash yet? Those fixed elements should really help decide your wall color. Also how light or dark you want your walls, Natural Choice is the lightest with an LRV of 73, Natural Linen has an LRV of 66 and Accessible Beige is the darkest with an LRV of 58. All three of your choices are part of the yellow hue family, but AB and NL are closer to the red side of the color wheel (warmer) and NC is closer to the green side of the color wheel (cooler). Jan Moyer, as I'm scrolling through various threads on cellular shades, I've seen several comments from you, basically making people feel bad for considering cellular shades. The reality is that many folks PREFER cellular shades for a number of reasons. I personally cannot WAIT to ditch the wooden Roman shades over the kitchen window of my new home, as well as the wood blinds in the office space, replacing both with top down bottom up shades. I also don't like heavy drapery, have no use for sheers, and have some windows where shades are simply the best choice. It's great that you come here to help people, but maybe just answering their question without the implied judgement would be better received. As a pro, you should know that.
