URGENT help needed for bread machine loaf

I am trying to make some apricot gift bread to take to friends' house tonight and I have messed up my bread machine cycles. The apricots were mooshing into a doughy glob so I stopped the machine and took the dough out to incorporate them, not realizing when I started it up again, the machine would start the WHOLE bread cycle over from the beginning! So now I stopped the machine and the bread is rising (1st rise) but I don't know what to do with it now. I can finish it by hand but I don't know exactly how to do it. After it doubles in bulk should I punch it down and then put it in the bread pan to rise again, or punch it down twice? It's already been kneaded quite a bit.

How long will each rise take? What temp. to bake it at?? It's going to rise slow in my chilly house!

It is an apricot bread, has dried apricots, apple juice, honey, bread flour, gluten, whole wheat flour and oatmeal and yeast of course, and salt.

I'm afraid if I wing it I will end up with a tough brick!

HELP!
