Thanks everyone! When we were looking at all the roses laid out at the nursery this one just really stood out. The color was bright and cheerful and all the plants of it looked healthy. Twilight Zone was right next to it and by comparison the blooms on those looked very blah and dull. Weird. I did notice the prices have all gone up. Last year I paid about $23.00 for a rose and this year they are $30.00. And the David Austin's and Knock Outs are $45.00! Sheesh, can you imagine paying $45.00 for a KNOCK OUT!

Damask_rose you were right. I kinda of wondered about it being the popcorn one as usually the flowers are more like rounded on it and also it doesn't remain yellow once it opens And I went to star roses website and discovered it is the newest one that I got in the Lemon Drift rose!!!! Awesome!!! Everybody loves it. In fact this one lady that helped me with the cutting back of them was enchanted by it. Said I don't normally like roses but she thought it spectacular. Knew where the place was that I got it from. Went out earlier today and admitted she was really tempted to pick up that 2nd drift one from where I got mine :D If there is any that is of the sweet drift rose any of our garden centers have for sale next year may pick up one of it too as it is breath-taking! Smells out of this world the lemon one. Hahah I love lemon pies!!! Couldn't get my raspberry lemonade put out by Simply at our drug store last Thurs. But ended up with a lemon drift rose instead. Will go early to our drug store Wed see if there are any bottles of it in yet before the storms and rain come. IF so will grab a bottle of it. Won't wait for seniors day on Thurs. might be all gone by then. Get special hours on Thurs and discounts. Could have gotten a bottle of it at Walmart when there but thought no will get it from our drug store get 20% off it on Thurs. Big empty space where it was supposed to be darn it.

I'm always tickled when one of my five receive a birthday card from Chewy. Painting a portrait of your furbaby was such an absolutely lovely thing to do in remembrance of him!
