Dances with the Stars finalists from last season. I really enjoyed seeing them again.

They also introduced the New Star Dancers. Priscilla Presley looked like she was wearing a mask.

I loved the show today, DH even sat through it and he hates Oprah. What has happen to Priscilla anyway, plastic surgery gone bad? She was so pretty too.

What did you think of the show, Chijim? I enjoyed it far more than the usual Nate B. presentation! Thing is, while he made a big ta-doo out of how much more his creativity was able to shine through with the parameters imposed upon him (budget!) what really, really helped his cause was the similarities in decor style among the neighbors! I mean, these people had great stuff, all of which was of a similar ilk. It almost looked like they lived in an artist's colony. Loved the colors, the look, the stuff, & Peter Walsh is always great. I value his message to declutter & the reminder that most of us we have *more* than we need!

I watched/listened. It made me sick. I don't see how he can be normal with all that happened at the hands of his father and SM. His birth mother was a real loser and dumped him with the father and SM when he was little and was never heard from again. I didn't see the first part which I guess explained how old he was when it started and when it ended. Did you see that, Joann?

I watched the show today. I think someone should have measured better, that sofa didn't fit that spot. Maybe if they lose the fake drapes that just cover a wall they could move the sofa over a few inches. I didn't care for the walls on the basement redo, either.

From what I have read, the clients on the Olsen show pay for everything but have no input on what is going to be done. The client and the designer do not work as a team. The outcome of the project is the surprise. On Oprah's shows doesn't she always pay for everything? She is known for selecting "needy" persons and coming to the rescue. This was one of the things that was bugging me about this Oprah episode. The single working girl, who got her apartment redone, just really needed a mop and a bucket, and a little ambition. I noticed that they refused to clean out her stinking refrigerator and admonished her to learn to make her bed in the morning. The problem with these cleaning and decluttering shows is that they do not get to the core of the problem and teach the person to make changes in their life and way of thinking that got them into the mess in the first place. Remember the 'Queer Eye For The Straight Guy' shows? Did you catch the reunion update show? They caught one couple who had scurried to clean when they heard the guys wer coming back and piled everything to the ceiling in the tub and pulled the curtain. Some of the guys they did not even put on the update show because when they went back a year later they were living like pigs and had ruined all the new furniture and clothing they were given.

I saw Priscilla on Dinner Impossible I think it was, and whoa! She used to be sooooooo beautiful. I am not sure what she did.

Wasn't that a good show? I love Emmett Smith and enjoyed seeing all the dancers who were on, especially that woman who was taking dance lessons and got surprised and ended up on Oprah. She was pretty darned good. Cute, too.

This should be an interesting season, although I don't know that many of the new dancers.

I wish I had seen it today. I didn't watch DWTS until one night I just happened to have it on. Emmett Smith was on and I thought he was wonderful. I tried to remember to watch it every time after that.
I saw Priscilla for a few minutes this morning on tv. She does look bad. A few months ago I read in some movie star magazine at a doctor's office that she looks the way she does because of Botox. I think it's sad.

The show repeats again at 1:00 am......at least here in CA it does. I missed it today, I'll have to Tivo it tonight....
Priscilla had so much botox in her top lip on Oprah the last time she was on that only her bottom lip smiled! If they could only see themselves as we see them.....it's horrible looking.

I saw Priscilla's picture in a magazine this week (TV Guide?) and she looks terrible. Why in the world do they think that plastic looking skin is better than a few well deserved wrinkles? I think it's sad.

I just mean that she seemed bored, or quiet with no enthusiasm and just akward.
