I was a little tired of soup, so I decided to cook. Made catfish, a baked potato, and some limas.

Just a bowl of diced peaches. Picked up some breaded tenderloin sandwiches for lunch and mine walked through the garden and picked up everything it could find. Really good.

Sue, now you know I'm crying for a breaded tenderloin here. I was thinking of them just the other day. (Fondly, of course.) Drat, I wish I had one!

Schoolhouse, fish is on our menu for tomorrow night. Got some fresh tilapia. Yum!

Patti, having just woken up, breakfast for dinner sounds great! We're having chicken and cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. Ravioli was frozen from Costco, I made the sauce. I small salad and dinner is done. Didn't really feel like cooking tonight.

Blackened boneless thick pork loin chops a rice mix and a small salad.

Hot beef dip sandwiches with Ortega chiles on top.....and some cole slaw.

I love breakfast for dinner, Patti!

My poor husband should be getting ready to leave me for someone who will make dinner on time. Poor guy got home tonight (again) and I was still working. I didn't get upstairs to make supper till well after 6. He had the inside and outside cats fed and I know he was getting hungry himself.

So I made a couple of delmonico steaks and a huge salad. Fast, tasted good and we'll be hungry again shortly! LOL!!!!

Georgysmom, how was the chicken ravioli? We need to go to Sam's soon and I'm always looking for easy things for days like today. I did feel like it was morning--slept 3 hours straight, which I rarely did at night. until I started taking molantin.

Carol, those sound so good--especially with the cole slaw. Yum!

Ravencajun, thanks for reminding me I'm out of pork chops. I like the flavor of blackened meat, but Harry isn't too fond of it.

Lynn, you keep feeding him steak and I guarantee he won't be going anyplace soon!

Ham, beans and cornbread. Sure was good. Made the 3 2 1 cakes with strawberies for dessert..

I thought the chicken ravioli was very good. Of course, the sauce helped. It was Anne Burrell's (Secrets of a Restaurant Chef) tomato sauce and I topped it with freshly grated Parm. I wanted more but resisted the temptation.

It was clean out the fridge night at my folks. Tomorrow is Dad's 91st birthday and I needed the fridge space for the lamb and other dishes.

Leftover fish (3 kinds, coleslaw, sweet potato, added a can of green beans and also cooked up some pot stickers.

We had ham with a vegetable medley with tiny bow tie pasta in it(from Schwans). Small and simple since DH had a late lunch.

I'm late to the party. Finished up the ham, had fried potatoes and scalloped (used up the leftovers). Broccoli and I made
tea biscuits. Had a craving, and they were good!

I haven't made anything of Anne Burrell's Georgy....I'll have to look up that sauce!

Jasdip, try her scones, too. Very, very good and very, very easy. Oh, and her lasagna is wonderful. It uses the same sauce. It has pancetta in it.

Patti, I forgot to mention, the ravioli was not in the frozen food section. It was in the refrigerator section. It was much better than the frozen kind.

Hubbys gone all wk so last night was 2 hardboiled eggs LOL!

I had a sandwich of Christmas ham from the freezer, on Healthy Life 100% Whole Wheat, Whole Grain bread. I got the Bread at Kroger because it is a 1/2 loaf. Always wondered why some company doesn't package 1/2 loaves. The bread is especially good. Also had grape tomatoes and sliced cucumbers, and a couple spoonfuls of potato salad.

Now I'm about to pop.
