I'm not sure what to think of her. There's no doubt she needs desperate help, but I just cant even begin to imagine what her thought process is when she makes some of the decisions she's making. I mean, she's hanging out with one of the paparrazi guys. I just watched video footage this morning of them hanging out in her hotel room on the balcony, walking hand in hand on the streets going to Starbucks, sharing a lollipop and him kissing her cheek. They say the agency he works for is making a ton of money on the pics/footage they're getting of the two of them together. I think he's using her and I can't imagine how she doesnt see that. And, he's supposedly married too. And what mother wouldn't fight tooth and nail for their kids? She acts like she could care less. I would die trying to get my kids back and do whatever it took. I think she's a lost soul.

I didn't see the show yesterday, but I saw a pic of the girl. I studied anorexia a little in college and it is truly much more then getting them to eat. The mind set is hard to understand, it's a psychological problem. Getting help wouldn't be a relief for most of them-they want to be "left alone with their disease" even if it means dying. Logically, they know that can happen, but not enough to start "wanting" to eat. I wish they wouldn't announce the weight in numbers. I know it's used to see how drastic/tragic the situation is, but I GUARANTEE someone is watching out there and sees it as a challenge and/or motivation. But I do think it's important to show what can happen when people starve themselves to possibly help younger girls who want to lose those 10 lbs by any means necessary!

I had to be gone when it was on today, taped it, and just now finished watching. Bizarre is a good description. There was a case against the head guy where I used to work. He was so arrogant and cocky about how the case would never be proven...he was innocent, etc. During hearings, he kept saying things like "I'm innocent, give me a lie detector test and I'll prove it". Well lawyers on the other side had had enough of him so finally said 'yes, and if you pass conclusively, my client will drop the case'. Oh, you should have seen him. At first he was all nervous, then he calmed greatly, and agreed. He honestly thought he could con the lie detector AND the administrator of the test. He failed so miserably, it wasn't one bit funny. But to this day, if anyone would question him, he'd say it was rigged so he'd fail. Shirley
