Drying tomatoes in the oven for pizza

I ran across a recipe on the Fresh Loaf for drying tomatoes for pizza, actually not a complete recipe.

It said: "Cut tomatoes in half, drizzle w/olive oil, roll them around a bit, grind salt and pepper over them, sprinkle with oregano and basil. I suppose this is dried herbs. Roast on low heat in oven until like sundried, slightly moist & chewy. Bag in small ziplocks and freeze. Can also be used in marinara sauce."

My question: what temperature and for about how long. I have only roasted vegggies for a meal or the roasted tomato soup which is a whole different ballgame. I thought this would be a good way to use up the tomatoes that will just be straggling (is that a word) in from the garden.
