I have 12 half pints of Apple Maple jam...

I decided to make it today.

LONG process, but rewarding.

The only thing I'm worried about is whether I cooked it long enough to get the pectin out of the apples. It seemed to want to jel.

I also added 2 cups of coarsely chopped toasted pecans. They add a nice touch.
