Bonless skinless chicken help

Once again veggie me turns to her CF buddies for meat help! I bought some boneless, skinless chicken breasts (long story, what can I say, I'm actually more of a "flexitarian"). I want to make chicken chimichurri salad with a recipe I got from Lars. Anyhoo, now I have these chicken pieces and I don't know how to cook them. I have some veggie broth in the fridge from something else, so I'm thinking maybe to braise them. But how will I know they are done? Also, how much liquid is needed to "braise" and approximately how much time will it take? Is braising a good idea? I guess the other option would be to boil them? Fry them? I don't really want to bake them and heat up my oven/kitchen in the middle of the summer, if there's another option. Please advise, thanks!
