help with can lights for the kitchen

I need help to figure out the ceiling lightis for our little kitchen. With luck (my first posting) our GCÂs floor plan is below. It calls for "6-inch Lightolier angled recess can lights, air tight, IC, to be installed in flat ceiling." I think we may be short at least one light, but this is my first experience with can lights. Under-cabinet lighting most likely will be fluorescent. I asked for a fluorescent fixture under the high wall cab over the sink as well, switched separately from the rest of the lights. New kitchen will have maple cabs in a medium finish, wall cabs to the ceiling, a dark grey tile floor, tan-gold granite countertops, and a backsplash thatÂs overall beige. I think the GC is trying avoid overloading the small space with a bunch of can lights, but IÂm not sure the 3 lights he has planned are enough. DH thinks IÂm trying to outguess the GC, but I just want us to be happy with how the kitchen looks! Comments would be much appreciated
