Do you print coupons on-line?

I have started using coupons again to save some money. I installed the coupon printer, but still having some problems with it. What websites do you use for finding coupons?

I deleted Coupon printer. I don't like the obtrusivness of it. I get an email from Hobby Lobby with coupons on it and can simply sentd a copy of them to my printer without using a progrm

I was having such issues with my office network, huge issues. The kind that cost me in downtime, slow responses and dollars to have my IT people come in and fix. We finally found out what was happening....one of my employees was downloading and printing coupons. This contributed to her being fired....so nope I do not print coupons nor visit coupon sites.

It looks like you fixed the problem by now by going with a text based coupon. In the future if you want to use an image as a coupon, the coupon has to be sized to print out at whatever size you want. In your HTML tags, you would specify height and width in pixels. You will also need to resample the coupon so that it is 72dpi @ whatever size in pixels you want it to be so it is not poor quality.

Do you write companies for coupons?

I do not but many years ago when I was a youngster my mother would write to companies that she liked just telling them how much she liked their product, not asking for anything just complimenting them. She always told us not to just let people know when you don't like something let them know when you do like it also. She many times would have some delivery show up with a case of something or other that was sent to her for her letter. When we had first moved to Dallas I was trying to find Seaport coffee which on their site said it should be at certain specific grocery stores in the area but none near me had it. So I called the phone number listed on the website to find out if they could tell me why and where was the closest store to buy it. Well some how as I was calling in, the HEAD of the company was trying to call out, and our lines got linked and basically he answered my call as he was trying to call out. Once we figured out what had happened we both had a laugh and he said well tell me what you need, so I told him. He said well they are supposed to have it on the shelf and I will personally look into that, then he asked me where I was from originally in Louisiana and I told him oh it is a very small town you probably never heard of it, when I told him he said oh yes I do know it that is one of our best selling towns, my family had drank Seaport forever I told him. He was extremely nice and told me to expect a package from him in the mail. The next day a delivery truck showed up with a huge box. Inside were several packs of coffee in all their flavors, an assortment of other products they sell and some very nice coffee mugs and other coffee related stuff. Amazing how that worked out LOL.

I used the Grocery Game for a few months and saw a significant savings. It was time consuming cutting the coupons and creating a filing system, but once I found a system that worked, I had it made. I don't have alot of room to stockpile like they advocate, but I saved alot of money. There were many times I used the coupons and got $200 worth of groceries for about $20. The drawback of the grocery game is it is time consuming. I'd have to go to the store to buy the Sunday Paper, clip the coupons, file them - all on a Sunday, then I only had until Tuesday to go shopping. This was ok when I wasn't working, but once I started a FT job, something had to give. I just didn't have time for it anymore, so I gave up my membership. I think if there is something available online free and in advance like xamsx noted above, I would be more inclined to use that. The Grocery Game (aka Teri's list) was just too rushed for me.

Like IceKream I use the Ikea clear liner in my new lacquered maple cabinets and drawer interiors. It tends to be very curly, to make it less curly on it self, i heat it with a hair dryer for a few minutes on a flat surface to give it a new flat "memory". It then fits perfectly nice and flat in the drawer or cabinet. I like that it is thick, heavy duty and I can still see the nice wood interior but know that if something sticky or goopy gets on it, I can just wash it and not mar my brand new cabinet interiors. I have read the fine print on other liners, the plastic top ones with the nobby latex cushiony grid on the bottom, that they are not meant for lacquered or painted surfaces. We stayed at a beach condo where someone had put those in the drawers and it left a sticky impression of the grid on the lacquered interior. Yuck.

I use coupons.com and couponbug.com, but have to access them via IE, because it conflicts with my Chrome for some reason.

I tried SmartSource, and everything would seem to be okay, but then when it printed, it'd only give me a thumbnail picture of the product, with no coupon, each on a single sheet of paper. I tried several times, no improvement, so do not go there anymore.

Most of the coupons, seem to be the same products every week--lots of Pillsbury's canned biscuit items, lots of cereals, then stuff we do not use.
Every once in a while, there'll be one for cat litter....

I use coupon.com since most other sites want you to "sign up" and install a coupon printer and I don't do that. There aren't too many coupons that we use, same as Twinklenose (and don't you love that name!). However, if there is one for olive oil or litter or anything we usually purchase, I print it out.

I just use the coupon from the hobby lobby site, and the ones from JoAnns, and Hancocks (the latter two come via my email, since I signed up for them).

I put the coupon printer thing on my computer but decided it wasn't worth it, and deleted it again.

My grocery stores do not accept online coupons so I don't bother.

When I've looked at what's on offer using coupons...there's never been anything I'd buy.
