SWAP: Used my new recipe book to make dinner sides tonight

OMG - sooooooo good. Quick wok bok choy stirfry. Was in the pan for 1 minute 30 seconds. YUMMM!!!

What I learned. Put the garlic and ginger in the wok with COLD oil and bring up to heat. Nice flavored oil, no bitter garlic/ginger.

Threw in a handful of cashews at the end. Served with chicken and grilled asparagus (another technique from the book). The book is more technique than actual recipes which I love. I am all about teaching you HOW to fish (technique) raher than fishing FOr you (recipes). Seeing as I am a great proponent of the adage but really prefer cooking with actual recipes, this is taking me out of my comfort zone and challenging me more and I am loving it.
