Crackers

I love anything crunchy. I make a couple of wheat flour and seedy crackers and some flaxseed crackers for my gluten free and vegan customers but I am running out of ideas for more variety. I like seeds and cheese and salt and pepper, and palate tingling crackers. What I see on line are boring non-flavor or tongue torturing hot pepper crackers. Have you any nice cracker recipes to share?
