Artichoke hearts

My local grocery store has been trying to sell baby artichokes by the dozen in packages. It hasn't been going well, or at least that is what I surmise by the fact that I have now made several large jars of marinated artichoke hearts from the packages I found on the sale table for a buck a piece.

However, now I have a problem. I like artichoke hearts as an occasional snack right out of the jar, and on salads, and I've put them in pasta and pasta salads.

What else do you do with them, besides give them away to friends? They're very tasty, but at this rate, we'll be eating them on salads for months and I don't think they'll keep that long.
