Artichoke Hearts - Need Tasty Ideas

I would love some ideas for preparing frozen artichoke hearts because they're on my diet menu this week. Other than just steaming them, as I'm supposed to do, I could perhaps bake them, but can't deep fry or use a tempura or other batter. I could also sauté them in a non-stick pan with an oil spray but need some inspiration.

They are useful for adding dietary fibre but it would be nice if we could also enjoy eating them. :-)

Steamed with a bit of olive oil and FG black pepper they are so bland. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Even Wolfram says they are quite tasteless. TIA.
