I think Bosch is one of the few brands that will fill with cool water and keep heating the the selected temperature (up to 170°F on the more recent machines) even if it takes a long time to reach that temperature (which it will, since it's running on a wimpy 120V/15A electric line, not the 240V circuits that most Bosch compact-size washers use). You may need to select certain wash cycles or options with names like "power wash" for this to work - read the manual and guide sheets (which i can't find online). Note that even if you have to select a wash cycle that normally fills with warm or hot water for the high-temp/sanitary wash temperatures to be used, your setup means the fill will be with cool water. Perhaps someone more familiar with these machines will chime in.

I have a Bosch also, just engage the "Power Wash", it fills with cold water anyway. That way you'll get the time needed to heat the water to the necessary temp. In my experience, normal wash doesn't necessarily hit the hotter target temps in the time allotted for the cycle. I've also stopped the cycle during the "Washing/Heating" phase, that adds the amount of time that has lapsed since the machine was started, then restart. Machine will continue washing and heating. This machine will handle cold fills, just takes time. HTH, Todd

UPDATE: OK, I tried it and it seems to work. The water coming out when it drains is hot enough it's hard to hold my hand under but I haven't actually measured the temp to know how hot it actually is. It does add about 1/2 hour to the wash cycle but I expected that. The biggest pain in the bum is that in order to get the machine to function I have to hook the hose up to the hot water washer hose for the wash cycle and then switch it to the cold water washer hose for the rinse cycle. But I'd rather do that all day instead of shlepping down to the nasty old laundromat.

You could connect the hose to both washer inlets, using a hose-threaded Y-connector and adapters as necessary.

It's difficult to tell what the real temp of the wash water is during drain. There is a cool down phase on the higher temp cycles, just before the end of wash phase.
