Summer Solstice Party menu assistance please

It's time for our annual solstice party... about 100 people. Here's what I've planned so far, what am I missing? Kids and adults, about 10% non-meat eaters (though some of those eat seafood)

Pulled pork sliders on Hawaiian bakery sweet bread rolls

(smoked ahead of time, then in the oven the day of the party)

Shrimp boil (w/red potatoes, corn on the cob, andouille sausage)

(cooked outside in the enormous brew pot)

Corn bread (friends are making) w/honey butter and homemade jams

Macaroni & cheese (Stouffer's industrial tray)

Cole slaw (friends making)

Succotash (friends making)

Baked beans (1 vegetarian, 1 w/bacon)

Roasted cherry tomatoes

Cucumber salad (if anyone has a good recipe... I'm still looking)

Watermelon

Fresh lemonade and home-brewed beer

Peach cobbler

Guests usually also bring munchies, sodas, wine, more desserts, fruit

What am I missing? I'm open to any/all suggestions, or changes. TIA, Ann
