any news on Bradley Allen?

Is anyone following Bradley Allen on care pages?

the last update I get was Jan 11th. they were waiting for the results of the MRI scans.

I feel so sorry for that little cutie and his family..

and the doctor kept it short and brief. just said that they don't know if it's tumor or from the radiation and that the MRI will be repeated in 6 weeks instead of the 3 months. So that's what we are doing. the doctor would like it done there this time but that's in the air at the moment. I know what we prefer and hopefully that works out...just not looking forward to the long drive...maybe Mayo is an option. Anyways, we'll just keep praying and being positive. that is what is needed right now. I am also asking for a few more prayers...some for that person i mentioned a few months ago...my mother was diagnosed w/ cancer. she started her treatment today. She has 3 rounds of chemo to go thru. No fun. i never said anything respecting her wishes as she didn't want the world to know but today as she started treatment she said i could finally post it and request prayers. It's been a year of h e l l for my family. Just hoping things don't come in 3's this time w/ this. So please just keep doing what you are doing and that's praying.

My daughter and I were just talking about him yesterday. She has a friend who little son has been going through some really bad stuff. Not cancer but his heart.

It gave out either Thurs or Fri. in his mother and father's arms. He was 2 years old.

I was wondering how little Bradley was doing. I remember how he had a hard time walking and I think there was something about eye sight too. I was wondering if any of that had returned. I sure hope the best for him.

Bernhardt Bradley or Flexsteel Vernon (Latitudes) Any Experience?

My Dh and I are getting a new leather sectional. My sister has a Flexsteel Chicago, but we are looking at the Flexsteel Vernon (more within our budget). We can't find that actual sectional and I don't want to order it without sitting on it. I've heard it's firmer than the Chicago. My friend has a Bernhardt Archer. I can get a great price on the Bernhardt Bradley and that would fit greatly in our family room. Any experience w/ either brands, latitudes (flexsteel) or Bernhardt? Thanks!

He's just had his first Chemo session. His mom has posted that he's not talking, but is laying in bed watching Sponge Bob. She's not sure if he's in pain or not, but she prays that he isn't. Here is a link that might be useful: update site

Any Recent Experience With Ethan Allen Sofas?

I am happy to share my experience with Ethan Allen Sleeper sofas hoping it will help others. We bought a Paramount Sleeper Sofa in 2013. In 2017 we noticed that the front pad that supports the cushions was bulging out (see photo). We contacted Ethan Allen and they said that because the problem was not in the frame, it was out of warranty. I looked at other pieces of furniture in our home and I noticed that the EA sofa, unlike other items, had a very “squishable” pad to support the cushions. We told EA that the sofa is seldom used (at most 20 times per year) and that my husband an I are not heavy and felt that there must be a problem with the design or construction. The final decision came in an email, from which I copy directly: “In conjunction with our warranty department, Jenn and I have carefully reviewed each of your questions and concluded that the sofa is up to our manufacturing standards.” We were told that our only option was to buy a replacement pad and pay a technician to replace it. When the pad arrived it was tightly rolled in a box (see photo). How is this soft pad supposed to support the weight of someone sitting on it? As I wrote EA, the sleeper and frame are “great”, unless one sits on the sofa. Not a good thing... for a sofa. And certainly not good “manufacturing standards” for Ethan Allen.
