Help! Does your A/C 'sweat' or drip?

We just moved into our new home. I've never had it before but I don't think this is normal? I took some pics. We had the utility room closed for the first few days. We went into the utility room yesterday to put something in and my HB noticed the floor was all wet. We mopped it up, put a dehumidifier in the room, and turned the furnace off. I turned it on again today and it's dripping again. Surely this can't be normal?

What we saw the first time (There was a mat on the floor that was sopping wet, hence the square wet spot)

Water on furnace

Turned the furnace off over night. When I turned it on again, a couple of hours later and I get this

Do I need to call someone? We already called the old owners and their vm says they are away until the 7th.

I'm guessing this isn't normal? :(
