Heat Pump Replacement

I need to replace two heat pumps. I have a two story home with approximately 1,000 sf on each floor. The house is insulated well and currently does well with the 2 ton ArcoAire heat pumps that are on their last leg. Below are my choices. Any recommedations would be helpful. I live in western Maryland and have hot summers and fairly cold winters. My main concerns with the Trane 16i is that some of the parts are now made in Mexico. The Rheem also has better HSPF rating, but I don't know if it is as reliable as they say a Trane is. I'm also considering the 14i or 15i for simplicity of the system and worried that the longer run times of the 16 seer units may shorten life of units. Considered the 14i because R-22 seems to be a better refrigerant even though it will be more expensive later on.

Trane 4TWX4034A1 with 4TEE3F39A1 $11,000 (both R-22)

Trane 4TWX5024A1 with 4TEE3F31B1 $10,950 (both units 410)

Trane 4TWX6024B1 with 4TEE3F31A1 $11,590 (both units 410)

Rheem RPRL-JEZ with RHPL $11,290 (both units 410)

Carrier Infinity 16 Two ton System $11,098 (both units 410)

Lennox XP16 with Signature Blower $14,250 (both units 410)

All installs are similar and include new lines, but the Rheem does not come with Programmable Thermostat. All of the companies seem to be reputable and would probably do the install properly.
