I've about had it! The repairman was out yesterday and said that the model I bought (supposedly last year's model but found they've had it since 11/2008) needs a bellow and an anti-vibration kit and he would have to order it from Whirlpool because his parts supplier didn't have them. After he left, I called Whirlpool to find out when the parts would be shipped to me (he will come back to install since I JUST bought this machine). Well, the bellow will not be available until 3/26 and the kit availability is unknown....
Here I go on the phone again today. I asked them to come and get it on Monday after they delivered it on Friday (2nd one since the first didn't work and they brought another that afternoon).
Another moral of the story..... when you buy from an appliance dealership, make sure they have a return policy or that you are actually getting a "last year's model".
Lowe's has a 30-day return policy but had none in stock at the time.
Sorry to "rant and rave" about this but it has been very frustrating!
