Too many service calls (Goodman or Installation?)

We have 2 Goodman HP's (4 ton & 2 ton) for a 3000 sq ft home in NE Texas. Move-in date was Jan 08'. We've had 3 service calls for the 4 ton and 1 for the 2 ton. Service call #4 for the 4 ton will occur this coming monday.

Are we dealing with subpar Goodman quality or subpar installation/service? The company owner seems to be a good guy and is well respected but I'm to the point of replacing the 4 ton system and don't want to go through this again.

Also...the lines leading to the outside 4 ton unit seem bent severely. I questioned this at install but was told it wouldn't hurt. They aren't kinked closed but the bends aren't smooth either. Hard to see in this pic...but I don't want to make it look like I'm causing issues by tampering so I'm leaving the insulation on the line.

So far the 4 ton has seen work for:
