Sending flowers to dying aunt - what to say?

I just found out my aunt is in the hospital dying from pneumonia. She is lucid but the doctors say she will be gone any minute or up to a few weeks. Mom's making the trip up to say her goodbyes. I just don't think I should go. She has a bunch of siblings, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren . . .

I've never been close to her (always lived far away) but I have very fond memories of a sweet wonderful woman. She gave these huge bear hugs and would growl like a bear when giving them!

I want to send her flowers and a note but I have no idea what's appropriate. Obviously, I can't say "get well." Do I say she will be missed? That doesn't seem right either. Maybe just express how I feel about her? I just don't want to sound morbid. I'm atheist so I'm not going to say anything religious.

Help.
